RDSPD Program Review Pilot 2021

  • The RDSPD Program Review is a multi-phase continuous improvement process designed to assist the growth of a Regional Day School Program for the Deaf (RDSPD). It is conducted by the program and supported by a team of individuals who are familiar with the operations of an RDSPD. These individuals, called peer reviewers, provide support by analyzing data, reviewing procedures, and using that information to provide considerations for areas to target as the program develops its action plan for continuous improvement.

A copy of the RSDPD Program Guide for the 2021 Pilot is available for download. Please note that this is a document meant to help with the pilot and will undergo revisions before the "final" version is released! Please share any feedback with us so we can continue to improve the process.

Four phases of the program review process
  • The RDSPD Program Review Process is conducted in multiple phases over four years and is currently being piloted by five RDSPDs. Additional RDSPD programs will be added to the cycle in Fall 2021.
